Femur from a very heavy male appears to be normal

Although his bones look normal, they are extremely heavy, due to chronic obesity.  His skeleton weighs 16 pounds — compared to a total bone weight of 13.5 pounds for an adult male of similar height and age whose body weight is 200 pounds.
