Amanda Henry is a doctoral student in the Hominid Paleobiology program at George Washington University. She got her B.A. in Anthropology from Brown University in Providence, RI. She is interested in studying early hominin food acquisition from a variety of angles, including but not limited to analysis of stone tools, isotopes, paleoecology, dental morphology, and phylogenetics. At Olorgesailie she will focus on the Middle Stone Age excavations and will also update the website.

In her spare time, she likes to rock climb, read, do origami, and play with her cat.
